Returns & Exchanges

 

Because books ordered through this site are personalized and signed at your request, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your book arrives damaged, contact us at jo@jotaylorauthor.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you—no need to send the damaged copy back. Donating the damaged copy is encouraged.

We offer free shipping via USPS Media Mail within the United States. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
